Who we are

The Hera Project is an elite women's cycling team based in North Wales, competing at the highest level of domestic road racing across the UK.

Everything we do is built around one principle: women creating opportunities for women.

We are creating an environment where female riders, Directeurs Sportifs, mechanics and support staff can develop, gain experience and realise their potential. By combining expertise, opportunity and long-term thinking, we're building a team that enables women to grow in every area of the sport.

Our ambition extends beyond developing individuals. We are building a sustainable organisation where talented people, meaningful partnerships and shared values combine to create lasting success. We believe that investing in women, both on and off the bike, builds stronger teams, stronger partnerships and stronger performances.
